The benefits of elearning in the construction industry
Earlier this year, I was asked to contribute to an article in the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) bi-monthly members magazine ‘Master Builder’, on the benefits of elearning in the construction industry.
The FMB is the UK’s largest trade association for the construction industry. Their bi-monthly magazine aims to inform, inspire and connect small to medium construction firms in the UK, offering insights into the latest industry news and developments, exclusive discounts on products and services and advice to help builders grow and protect their business.
Digital learning
Working with the FMB we provide our off the shelf elearning suite of materials to its members via a dynamicLMS solution. All member organisations can access free certified online training courses, on a wide range of topics, from health and safety to managing people, to gain new skills or refresh their knowledge.
We’ve also created a series of bespoke elearning modules for FMB members on topics ranging from COVID Construction Safety to Governance.

Article in Master Builder
To help promote the benefits of the FMB learning platform and the courses available to its members, I worked with the FMB team to produce the article on the benefits of elearning in the construction industry.

“elearning saves time and money…”
“…research shows that modern day learners prefer bite-sized, interactive content.”
“…the more engaging the content is, the better learners remember the information.”

Engaging and scalable learning
The message in the article about saving time and money with more accessible, engaging and scalable learning can be applied to all sectors, not just construction. So, if you would like to see how Dynamic could help your orgnanisation reap the benefits of elearning, please get in touch.
