Violence and aggression in the workplace

Generally speaking, we tend to consider violence and aggression as removed from the normal, not something that we’re likely to encounter on a daily basis, and certainly not within the security of our workplaces.

The reality is that every workplace holds the potential for violence, and that every employee, whether working with customers or other colleagues, should be aware of how to actively minimise the risk of an incident at work.
