Following an internal review, Arrow Global decided to replace its existing LMS platform. As a result of previously working with Dynamic to develop elearning course content, Arrow Global approached Dynamic about the feasibility of replacing an existing LMS platform.
Scoping the project
After scoping out the project, including a thorough needs assessment, a project implementation team was formed both at Arrow Global and by Ian Glover, LMS Services Director at Dynamic.

Phase 1 implementation was completed in approximately 12 weeks and went live to planned timescales.
There was zero interruption of service for Arrow Global employees and all of their existing training compliance records and courses were visible on the Dynamic LMS from day one: a seamless transition from one LMS platform to the other.
