Performance management

Performance management is a process by which managers work with employees to plan, monitor and review their work objectives and ensure that the contributions they make deliver maximum benefit to both the organisation and their own personal development needs.

In this module, we’re going to talk you through a performance management process and introduce you to some of the related tools and techniques that can support you in planning, monitoring and reviewing an employee’s work objectives and their overall contribution to the organisation.
