Off the shelf elearning. Staying safe at work.

DSE at work

If you use a computer as part of your daily activity, it’s essential that you take the appropriate steps to ensure that your workstation is set up in a way that encourages good posture. In this module, you will learn about some sensible habits that can be adopted in order to reduce the risk of injury or discomfort. You will also have the opportunity in the assessment to review your own workstation and be provided with advice on how to set up your workstation to comply with DSE requirements. This module contains useful tips to help you use DSE comfortably and safely. If you don’t, there’s a chance that your health may suffer.
