Data Protection Act 2018 (and the UK GDPR)

Following the UK’s departure from the European Union (EU), the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) has replaced the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. The Data Protection Act 2018 controls how your personal information is used by organisations, businesses or the government.
