Case Study.

Recycling and Mining Onboarding Programme

TOMRA needed an online induction programme for new starters joining the Recycling and Mining arm of the business. The programme needed to be both engaging and informative and give new starters a real feel for what TOMRA does and why it is such a great company to work for.

It also needed to meet TOMRA’s brand requirements and include a variety of rich media content to deliver a great first impression. After completing the programme, TOMRA wanted new starters to go away feeling confident and excited to begin their journey with the company.

The module is now live and being used to provide a warm and informative welcome to all of TOMRA’s new colleagues working within the Recycling and Mining division of the business. We asked Nadija to summarise her experience of working with Dynamic...
