HBOS
We are delighted to announce that HBOS have chosen us to develop training materials for their General Insurance function.
It is anticipated that the e-learning content will be a total of approximately 2 hours in duration.
The objectives of the project are to:
Ensure that staff are knowledgeable about the new working processes and how these are supported by the new business system.
Provide consistent, replicable, ‘just-in-time’ training to staff on the subject, thus providing a flexible way for HBOS to train its staff with tools to support the initiation of the training plan in February and provide supporting materials, including refresher materials prior to launch.
