Heinz - Project Management Office

We are delighted to announce that Heinz have again chosen Dynamic to produce e-learning materials. The Project Management Office is launching a new project management process called the Heinz Gate Process which is a global Heinz initiative designed to improve project management across the business.

The Heinz Gate Process is designed to ensure effective communication and provide structure to all projects, with or without information system components, throughout Heinz.  

Following the Gate Process enables project teams to comply with corporate control standards and forge a common business discipline among a team from diverse organisational backgrounds. It provides a systematic approach to progressing projects from idea through to implementation by highlighting critical focus areas, ensuring key questions are answered at all gates, and ensuring involvement of the appropriate decision-makers.

Dynamic are producing 4 tailored e-learning modules which provide varying levels of information on the process from Foundation level through to a Masterclass level. The programme is being built in Flash with simple tracking functionality.

The programme will be launched in mid June, initially to the UK business and then to the US and rest of the world.
