Having completed training materials to support the roll-out of the new desktop and Teller systems to the branch network last year, Dynamic have been commissioned to develop similar materials for Agencies. The materials comprise of an interactive workbook and CD for use by all Agency staff introducing the new hardware, desktop functionality including Microsoft functionality and Lotus Notes eMail and the Teller system. The training demonstrates many of the most common procedures to provide familiarity with the system prior to the cut over to the new technologies.
