Background

Yorkshire Investment Group had a number of technology based internal processes and required increased and correct usage of these systems by all staff. Training on a new digital telephone system, implemented in each regional office to improve call handling and track colleagues, was required for the whole company.

In addition, an IT based Independent Financial Advisor tool used by Yorkshire Investment Group's was not being fully utilised. Some of the systems' functionality was not being used to its full potential and there was a risk of dependency from only a few individuals who could operate the system proficiently.
