The Trust employs about 5,300 staff and has an operating budget of just over £200 million.

Requirements

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust held fortnightly induction programmes for new employees. This session was delivered in the form of talks given by Directors and Senior Managers of the Trust covering a range of issues to aid new starters in the commencement of their posts.

The Trust was looking to replace their existing classroom based induction session with an interactive, informative and robust e-learning programme which would be available 24/7 via the corporate Intranet site.

We developed a fun and interactive programme in collaboration with subject matter experts at the Trust. The end product was a logical and enlightening experience ensuring that the inductee was committed to completing the modules within one month of joining the organisation.
