Background
Ufi, who facilitate the Learndirect national web-based portal, commissioned Dynamic Business Services to develop a full range of online consolidation exercises for the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOS) and CLAIT qualifications.
Dynamic Business Services also developed a full range of consolidation exercises to support Ufi's Sage Accounting and Book keeping programmes.
Key Driver
Learndirect recognised a need to provide learners with consolidation materials that would enable them to practice using features covered in online courses.
Learndirect had run a pilot using paper based consolidation materials. Dynamic Business Services were already working with Learndirect and suggested that an online consolidation solution would be more effective.
Dynamic Business Services created an online solution in which a dominant window was used to provide instruction for the user on how to use the live application.
