First Direct - Company Induction

First Direct requested two induction modules – first direction one and first direction two, these modules cover all of the key information for new staff joining First Direct. A key factor in the e-learning was to get across the culture of First Direct and to ensure that all new staff were fully aware of the high levels of customer service that the company provides by well trained highly motivated contact centre staff.
Following on from the success of this project Dynamic provided Adobe Flash training to First Direct e-learning developers so that they could continue to update the materials themselves year on year.
