Marks & Spencer Money – (FAB) Feelings, Attitude, Behaviour

M&S Money in partnership with Kaisen Consulting developed a program called FAB - Feelings, Attitude and Behaviour. This was aimed at all senior and middle managers.

E-learning was incorporated to provide pre and post course work and resources in order to help embed the principles of FAB and change behaviour.

Dynamic produced a modular based, intranet hosted programme which tackled core management skills such as coaching, team leadership and communication.

Managers could access the programme from their desktop and reference it at any time in the future.
