Heinz – Project Management

Heinz need no introduction – everyone has heard of them and all of us have probably consumed their products. Dynamic have worked with Heinz on several e-learning projects, however, this particular project was different in that it covered four phases of work and was delivered over a year long programme.
Heinz were introducing new IT project management methodologies that were to be employed in projects globally across the business. Dynamic worked closely with Heinz to identify a pathway through this for staff operating at all levels within projects. This resulted in a phased deployment of e-learning modules:
- Project Management Overview
- Project Definition
- Project Execution
- The Project Board
Each of these e-learning modules provided detailed information about the project management processes and functions at Heinz. The Overview provided a background to the entire process and was applicable to anyone in the business. The Definition and Execution modules covered detailed process, examples, tips and techniques for project managers and project team members. The final module to be released was aimed at senior managers who operate as project board members or project sponsors.
Dynamic were able to apply our own considerable project management knowledge and skills to the content along with our typical creative flair in order to produce high quality and comprehensive training resources for Heinz.
