Great instructional design (the process of creating the content, style, navigation and interactions that the learner uses) is at the heart of all our developments. Good project management discipline is at the heart of delivering successful e-learning projects. All of our Project Managers are Prince2 qualified practitioners with many years of experience of delivering e-learning projects. Each project is assigned a project manager and a Project Initiation Document is created at the start of the definition stage which formally captures all aspects of how the project will be delivered and the products that will be produced.

Although we apply good project management discipline to all of our projects, unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ development pack. We have a variety of project development approaches that are used depending upon the specific nature of your project and its deliverables. The project manager assigned to your project will discuss all of these options and agree the best way forward for you and your project.
