If your organisation is embarking on e-learning for the first time, it can be a daunting prospect – and we understand that. However, if you’re a mature e-learning organisation that’s looking to strengthen your approach, it can also be difficult to visualise alternative ways. Whatever your e-learning needs, Dynamic have the knowledge, skills and experience to help.
This can be verified by taking references with any of our clients - please contact us for further details.
At Dynamic we are very accurate in the way that we calculate the likely time and resources needed to develop e-learning materials. Unless there is significant deviation in the project scope, we guarantee that that the costs quoted in our proposals will not be subject to change and that your timescales and quality expectations will be achieved or exceeded. This approach to our projects can be verified by contacting any of our clients.

You’ve heard the expression ‘two heads are better than one’ and when you need creative ideas for e-learning projects then it’s essential. That’s why at key points in our projects we hold internal idea creation meetings with various team members so that your projects get the benefit of many more people than just those that are directly assigned to the project. We can do this because our methods and business approach of having all our staff in one location provides us with the necessary flexibility.
Our project managers provide the link between you, the client, and the instructional designers and developers creating the e-learning. Great instructional design (the process of creating the content, style, navigation and interactions that the learner uses) is at the heart of all our developments. We bring together the wide variety of skills and experience that the team at Dynamic have and utilise this in every one of our projects.

Good project management discipline is at the heart of delivering successful e-learning projects. All of our Project Managers are Prince2 qualified practitioners with many years of experience of delivering e-learning projects. Each project is assigned a project manager and a Project Initiation Document is created at the start of the definition stage which formally captures all aspects of how the project will be delivered and the products that will be produced.
Although we apply good project management discipline to all of our projects, unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ development pack. We have a variety of project development approaches that are used depending upon the specific nature of your project and its deliverables. The project manager assigned to your project will discuss all of these options and agree the best way forward for you and your project.
