Lisa overseas all Dynamic’s current projects on a strategic level and is extremely passionate about providing an excellent service to our clients. Lisa is PRINCE 2 qualified and uses her extensive project management skills to provide strategic guidance to clients regarding their projects and overall e-learning strategy.
Lisa takes a very hands on approach in her role as Projects Director, from providing instructional design ideas to the development team - to understanding new systems and processes and scripting content accordingly. Lisa then receives regular reports on the progress and development through weekly project updates with Project Managers.
Career
Before setting up Dynamic, Lisa worked as a Training Manager for the NHS and as a Training Consultant. Why Dynamic?
"We provide each of our clients the same excellent level of commitment and service, not just the first time we work with them, but each and every time. This is why, I believe, we have excellent client retention as we form not only strong working relationships but in many cases friendships with many of our clients. To do this we have grown organically and developed a fantastically talented team, where each team member prides themselves on delivering what they say they will, when they say they will, in a manner which always seeks to impress and standout. I’m very proud of what Dynamic has achieved to date and I’m particularly excited about all the potential new projects and clients we have yet to meet!"

Secondly, we deliver on our commitments each and every time. Whether it be the relatively small system simulation to a full LMS installation and series of lessons, we deliver on time and in budget, without fail. Finally, I think our clients can feel the enthusiasm each Dynamic employee has for their work through their dealings with us and their end product which always aims to stand out from the crowd."
